Booth Fee $75 + 1 Backpack (10' x 10')

Businesses selling apparel, jewelry, handmade goods, artwork, beauty products, books, candles, home décor, packaged specialty goods, and other retail merchandise.
Beverages & Desserts
Booth Fee $100 + 1 Backpack (10' x 10')
(10' x 20') 150+ 1 Backpack
Vendors specializing in specialty beverages, fresh juices, lemonade, coffee, tea, baked goods, ice cream, shaved ice, cotton candy, pastries, and artisan desserts.
Vendor booths serving freshly prepared or pre-made food, desserts, or meals from a 10' x 10' canopy space.
Larger Vendor booths requiring a 10' x 20' space for food preparation, cooking equipment, or expanded operations.
Food Vendor (10' x 10')
Booth Fee $100 + 1 Backpack (10' x 10')

Youth Entrepreneur Program
Ages under 16 Booth Fee : Free
Ages 17-18 Booth Fee : $20
Young entrepreneurs showcasing and selling handmade products, original artwork, crafts, or youth-owned business products and services.
Community Elder Business (Ages 55+)
Booth Fee :$60 + 1 Backpack
Available to business owners age 55 or older with valid photo ID and approval from the Vendor Coordinator. Food vendors are not eligible for this category.
Community Resource Hub
Booth Fee Vendor Fee Waived + 2 Backpacks with School Supplies
Nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations providing free resources and services related to employment, housing, education, financial literacy, wealth building, healthcare, wellness, and community support.
Informational & Service Provider
Booth Fee: Vendor Fee Waived + 2 Backpacks with School Supplies
Businesses and organizations providing information, outreach, demonstrations, or professional services to the community. No direct retail sales are permitted under this category unless approved by the Vendor Coordinator.
As part of our annual community giveback initiative, vendors are asked to contribute backpack donations to support local students and families.

Vendor categories requiring one (1) backpack should bring a new backpack filled with basic school supplies .

Community Resource and Informational vendors receive a waived booth fee in exchange for donating two (2) backpacks filled with school supplies.
